About this project
An internal tool for keeping API documentation in one place. Endpoints are organised by menu and sub-menu, so a developer can browse the API the way the product itself is structured.
The portal automatically flags newly added and recently updated endpoints, which answers the everyday question of what changed. It is built with Java, Spring Boot and Thymeleaf.
Key features
- Endpoints organised by menu and sub-menu
- Automatic tracking of newly added endpoints
- Highlights recently updated endpoints
- One browsable portal for the whole API
- Admin screens to manage the documentation
The challenge
API documentation scatters across wikis and chats, and nobody can tell what changed.
The result
One browsable portal organised by menu and sub-menu that flags newly added and recently updated endpoints.
